Step 2: Create an account on the app.
Step 4: To create a new habit, on the home screen tap on +New habit.
Step 5: Enter the habit that you want to build, description, a label color to distinguish this habit from the others, the time you want to get notified, whether you want to get notified on the weekends.
Step 6: The newly created habit will show up on the home screen of the app. You will get reminders at the time you’ve set on the app.
Once you have completed the task, you can mark it as complete against the habit on the daily board.
