iPhones, like most smartphones, are WiFi enabled. Unfortunately for Apple users, you do not have the facility to block a WiFi connection. You may though, keep a connection from connecting automatically. Here’s how :
Step 1 : From your Home Screen, tap the Settings icon.
Step 2 : Tap the Wi-Fi tab. Switch on the Wi-Fi.
Step 3 : Choose the network you would like to stop automatic connection for. Make sure you are already connected to it.
Step 4 : Tap the small i symbol next to the connection’s name.
Step 5 : On the page that your are redirected to, you will find a tab saying Forget This Network. Tap on that tab.
Step 6 : You will get a prompt message for confirmation. Tap Forget to confirm.
This connection shall no longer automatically connect when you’re in range. If you want to connect to this particular network sometime later, you will have to do so manually.
